Annual meetings for Parishoners and of the Parish Council were held back to back on Wednesday 7 May at the Scout Hut.
The Annual Parishioners Meeting offers residents the chance to hear and discuss issues affecting the parish. This year’s meeting included the annual report from the parish council and information on the Your Tollerton Strategy including ambitions to purchase the Methodist Church and the need to borrow funding.
The Annual meeting of the Parish Council marks the start of the Council year and provides an opportunity to review how the Council will work over the following 12 months. At the meeting Councillors make a number of appointments to key leadership roles including election of the Chairman and Vice-Chair, with Matt Garrard and Claire Dul re-elected to these positions.

Councillor representative to the Rushcliffe policing forum – Claire Dul
Your Tollerton Working Group (including village centre strategy) focusing on the village centre as a hub for village life and developing facilities across Tollerton to meet the needs of residents – Matt Garrard (chair), Claire Dul and Tracy Longworth.
