The evening beacon lighting for VE Day 80th Anniversary will start from 9.20pm
on Thursday 8th May and will feature a Welcome Proclamation at 9.25pm, followed by the lighting of the beacon at 9.30pm, accompanied by the hymn ‘I Vow To Thee My Country’.
